Warehouse and Materials Specialist

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assembles orders, prepares goods, and processes shipments in SAP
• Daily invoicing in SAP of all outbound shipments
• Receives, unpacks, inspects, and stores incoming materials and supplies
• Replenishes stock in the towers
• Monitors inventory to ensure accuracy
• Verifies the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders using shipping records
• Participates in weekly after-hours on-call rotation
• Participates in company-provided training and applies knowledge appropriately (daily processes)
• Maintains a neat and orderly parts room
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent or work experience in a related field
• Proficient knowledge and experience with computers including MS Office
• 1-3 years of related experience, preferred
• SAP or similar inventory and invoicing management system experience, preferred
• Experience operating a forklift, preferred

Other Requirements

• Current valid U.S. driver's license
