Warehouse and Driver Associate

As the Warehouse and Delivery Associate, you will play a significant role in our customer‑focused strategy by being the face of Kurz when delivering and picking up product from our customers, ensuring order items are accurately identified and packaged from within our warehouses, and safely loading and unloading trucks for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all warehouse duties, including (but not limited to) picking and packing outbound orders, processing incoming receipts, and other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping to keep the area clean, orderly, and safe.
• Support special projects such as cycle counting and vendor receipts.
• Load delivery vehicles, ensuring all items and materials are properly secured.
• Drive company vehicles to efficiently transport orders and items to and from customer locations.
• Complete and process delivery paperwork for customer deliveries and pick‑ups within the NetSuite software.
• Maintain and inspect delivery vehicles for safe operation, including daily trash removal, weekly interior cleaning, washing as needed, and completing daily vehicle inspection sheets. Ensure no open motors or parts are placed in the cab; such items must be placed on skids and strapped on the truck bed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Valid and clean driver’s license (required).
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Forklift experience (a plus).
