Warehouse Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

As a Warehouse Agent, you will perform all tasks associated with warehousing and distribution, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, labeling, loading/unloading, and inventory control. This role operates on a night shift schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00pm - 4:00am.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift, pallet jack, and associated warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move freight within the warehouse.
• Handle dangerous goods, life science, and healthcare shipments with proper training and certification.
• Conduct staging, handling, and cleaning of freight, including IWS freight.
• Perform dimensioning and weighing of freight.
• Complete forms, logs, and other required documentation.
• Drive productivity improvement measures with the warehouse team.
• Efficiently work with various warehouse systems.
• Process life science and healthcare shipments in full compliance with GXP guidelines.
• Complete pre- and post-shipment tasks, including reviewing shipping containers and reefer trailers for compliance.
• Handle goods within required temperature ranges as defined in cSOP/documentation, including correct storage.
• Report deviations and non-conformities to warehouse management and support investigations.
• Perform pre-conditioning, buildup, and breakdown of ULDs, active, and passive temperature-controlled packaging.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of scanning freight in/out of the warehouse.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Able to walk, stand, kneel for long periods, and lift 40-50 pounds occasionally.
• Forklift experience; reach truck experience is a plus.
• Experience with hazmat/dangerous goods and temperature control is a plus.
• Warehouse management systems (WMS) experience is preferred.
• Warehouse and/or freight forwarding industry experience strongly preferred.

Pay

$19.39 - $25.85 per hour (based on experience).
