Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure work environment
• Maintain warehouse procedures and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and professional facility
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in a safe operational condition
• Oversee the processes in the area of responsibility, following operational standards (OPS) and KPI expectations
• Improve safety, quality, delivery and cost through continuous improvement methods
• Maintain compliance to facility certification requirements and government policies
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities as necessary
• Effort and Teamwork, support Warehouse as a whole when needed

Qualifications

Education: High school degree

Physical: Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods. Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis. Must be able to use proper lifting techniques. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Special Requirements: Fork-lift certification may be required within 6 months of employment.
