Warehouse Agent

About the role

As a Warehouse Agent at Air Inuit, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day warehouse operations in La Grande, including the reception, storage and shipment of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Organize the warehouse in a functional manner and ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Prepare loads and verify load contents
• Assist, when necessary, in loading and unloading aircraft
• Prepare all flight documents related to cargo
• Receive and distribute cargo
• Operate the forklift

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (English/Inuktitut, French/Inuktitut, or French/English)
• Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure in a physically challenging environment
• Valid driving licence
• Availability to work evenings, nights and weekends
• If the position is not filled locally, the candidate will be considered as having no specific base

Compensation

Salary and benefits are determined according to company policy.

Schedule

Rotational schedule: 15 days on and 13 days off. Air transport from Montreal, accommodation and meals are provided for each rotation.
