Warehouse - Aftermarket Coordinator

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking a Lead Aftermarket Coordinator for their East Cleveland warehouse.

About the role

In this position, you will handle and process incoming donations, control inventory, and support the salvage workforce. The ideal candidate will lead the work of others within the warehouse department, driving a forklift and collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming donations
• Control and manage inventory
• Support and lead the salvage workforce
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Monitor machinery indicators to ensure proper function
• Guide the parking of vehicles with attention to distance and movement
• Work with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Tow motor (forklift) experience preferred
• Ability to judge distance, speed, and movement of objects
• Ability to monitor indicators to ensure machinery is working properly
• Strong close-range and distance vision for vehicle guidance and operational safety
• Capability to work with minimal supervision
