Ward Clerk
About the Role
The Ward Clerk is an integral member of the 4WB team, engaging with patients, families, multidisciplinary team members, and other departments to support the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information throughout each admission and works closely with the Nursing Leadership Team to facilitate the timely coordination of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
About the Department
Ward 4WB is a dynamic 28-bed inpatient ward providing care for general medical, orthopaedic and trauma patients. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care, supporting patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare or administrative setting (desirable)
- Knowledge of patient admission, discharge and transfer processes (desirable)

Pay
Managers and Administrative Worker Grade 1 Level 1 (HS1)
Schedule
2-3 days per week, Monday-Friday between 7:30am - 4:00pm. 2 x permanent positions available.
