About the role

You'll spend your days inside beautiful Bay Area homes, having genuine conversations with homeowners about a service that genuinely makes their lives better. No cold calls. No fighting for attention. Every prospect you meet is a warm, pre-qualified lead who's eager to hear how Honey Homes works.

Responsibilities

  • Show homeowners what stress-free homeownership actually looks like
  • Help homeowners say yes to joining Honey Homes
  • Run free in-home walk-thrus, the most important step in the sales process
  • Walk the home with the prospective member, educate them on how the membership works, answer their questions, and capture their first 10+ tasks directly in our app
  • Book the first handyman visit before leaving the home
  • Set up the first handyman visit to be a great one
  • Do 5–6 walk-thru's a day, Monday through Friday, in the San Jose area

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in high-performance environments, likely at a startup or in home services
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal and written skills
  • Comfortable and confident in someone else's living room
  • Builds relationships fast, reads people well, is empathetic, and makes them feel heard
  • Understands basic home systems and plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Has a growth mindset, follows a proven playbook, and pushes to make it better
  • Can handle ambiguity and rapid change, is relentless, documents everything, acts like an owner, and does right by members and teammates

Pay

$90,000–$105,000 OTE ($70,000 Base), uncapped

Schedule

Field role based in the San Jose area, Monday through Friday, 5–6 walk-thru's a day
