The Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University Islamabad, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for teaching positions as visiting faculty in the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. The following subjects are available for posts:

Qualifications and Experience

• Pathology & Microbiology: MBBS with FCPS or PhD in relevant field from PM&DC or HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Pharmacology: MBBS with FCPS or PhD in relevant field from PM&DC or HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Medicine: MBBS with FCPS in relevant field from PM&DC recognized institute with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
• Radiology & Diagnostic Imaging: MBBS with FCPS in relevant field from PM&DC recognized institute with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
• Islamic Studies: PhD in Islamic Studies from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Anatomy: MBBS or DPT with MS from PM&DC or HEC recognized institute with minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Pediatrics: MBBS or DPT with MS from PM&DC or HEC recognized institute with minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Physiology: MBBS or DPT with MS from PM&DC or HEC recognized institute with minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• English: Master's degree in English from a HEC-recognized institution with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Sociology: Master’s degree in relevant field from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Medical Physics: DPT with MS from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
• Biomechanics & Ergonomics: DPT with MS from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Biochemistry: Master’s degree in relevant field from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Behavioural Sciences: DPT with MS from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Musculoskeletal PT: DPT with MS from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Prosthetics & Orthotics: DPT with MS from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Manual Therapy: DPT with MS from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience.
• Biostatistics: Master’s degree in relevant field from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years teaching experience in medical sciences/health care.
• Clinical Instructor: DPT from HEC recognized institute with a minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
