Responsibilities
- Collaborate and support production/manufacturing teams to assess existing processes.
- Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
- Perform risk assessments.
- Collect data needed to make improvements and modifications to processes and plants.
- Investigate and troubleshoot problems.
- Schedule and coordinate work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets.
- Ensure that equipment works to its specification and appropriate capacities.
- Design and test process upgrades and new process systems.
- Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards.
- Perform process simulations and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct optimization tests.
Requirements
Experience: 2-6 years.
Qualifications
M. Tech / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
