Waking Night Care Assistant - Crantock

What the role involves

• Providing waking night support in the customer’s home
• Serving personal care with dignity and respect
• Maintaining comfort and wellbeing throughout the night
• Delivering specialist care, including PEG feeds and suctioning
• Assisting with repositioning and comfort
• Responding calmly and appropriately to the customer’s needs
• Keeping clear records and communicating with the wider care team

Hours and pay

• 21 hours per week
• Weekday waking night rate: £15.46 per hour
• Weekend waking night rate: £15.66 per hour

• Confident working waking nights
• Willing to provide reassurance and attentive support overnight
• Willing to learn specialist care skills, including PEG feeds and suctioning
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to your own car
• Have the right to work in the UK
