About the role
We are currently hiring for Waiting Staff to join our dedicated and passionate restaurant team at THE PIG-in the South Downs. The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG, offering guests a daily changing menu dedicated to ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by local suppliers. Each service is different, fun, and full of atmosphere.
For our Waiting Staff, each day is unique. You’ll work closely with our kitchen team to deliver a daily changing menu, serving seasonal produce grown in our kitchen garden and sourced from local suppliers within a 25-mile radius of the hotel. We encourage our team to interact with guests in an informal, relaxed setting.

£12.71 per hour (OTE £15.41 per hour, including tronc).
