What You’ll Do
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation.
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, confirm orders with guests, and process them in the correct sequence.
- Check all items for quality and completeness, ensuring that presentations are attractive, appetizing, and consistent.
- Monitor guest needs, respond to requests, and address concerns or complaints with professionalism.
What You Bring
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 0 to 1 year related experience.
- If applicable, must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol based on local city and state regulations.

About the Role
This position involves significant walking or other means of mobility, requiring the ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours. It also requires the ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds. The employee must be able to use hands to finger, handle, feel or reach with hands and arms. Ability to taste and smell is also required. Repetitive motions are a significant part of the job.
