Responsibilities
- Work on the trayline to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Review menus and prepare items for service at assigned stations.
- Set up and break down the line properly.
- Check trays for accuracy based on diet orders and resident preferences.
- Monitor serving temperatures on the line.
- Work in the dish machine area and ensure proper operating temperature and sanitizer levels.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience
- Food handling (Serve Safe preferred, but not required)
- English language proficiency
