About the role

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Provide technical support to users through phone and email.
• Develop and analyze cost data to assist in pricing products and services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Conduct environmental assessments and implement necessary improvements.
• Manage customer claims and ensure timely resolution.
• Interpret and apply business strategies to enhance international business development.
• Perform routine maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Train and mentor new employees in the electrician role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
