Responsibilities

• Provides individual and family therapy sessions
• Assists in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
• Collaborates with other professionals to support family preservation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License
• Experience working with families in crisis
• Passing background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of family dynamics and mental health issues
