WA/OR Licensed Journeyman Electrician

Duties And Responsibilities

• Install or remove electrical equipment, industrial motors, fans, industrial equipment
• Helping with check out / startup of equipment
• Troubleshoot and correct problems related to electrical components
• Use an array of tools, diagnostic meters to service and install electrical components

Qualifications, Education, And Experience

• Valid Washington/Oregon Journeyman Electricians License
• Experience as an electrician in an industrial environment
• Knowledge with PLC Controls (a plus)
• Excellent understanding of safety rules in an industrial setting
• Ability to travel and work long hours, including weekends
• Strong electrical/mechanical, analytical, and solution-driven skills
• Excellent communication ability to receive or give directions
• Experience in automation, conveyors, other industrial equipment
• Possess state certification or equivalent qualification/license
• Ability to schedule and balance priorities, and adhere to deadlines
• Customer Service: ability to relate with and work with several people irrespective of their background
