WA Associate Supervisor - Remote Supervision, Part-Time, $110/hr

About the role

As a supervising clinician with Daybreak Health, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of youth mental health and make a lasting impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities

• Foster academic success by supporting therapists in helping students improve their attendance, grades, and behavior.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with students, with 90% feeling matched with the right clinician based on their personal preferences.
• Support families through guidance and resources, with 92% reporting positive behavioral changes at home.
• Provide supervision to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth.
• Maintain supervisory documentation using our secure EHR system.
• Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care.

Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).

Qualifications

• Bilingual Ability: Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
• Specialized Training: Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
• Educational Experience: Background in school settings or working closely with educational institutions.
• Credentialing: Active NPI number and CAQH profile.
