Licensed Counselor | Remote $46/hr

About the role

This is a short-term contract position for a Licensed Mental Health Professional Annotator, working remotely with a commitment of 30-40 hours per week at a rate of $46 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Label emotional tone, mood indicators, stress markers, and wellbeing-related themes in data.
• Apply validated frameworks per guidelines.
• Identify sensitive content requiring escalation per established safety protocols.
• Ensure annotations reflect nuance, context, and cultural sensitivity.
• Contribute to refining guidelines for ambiguous or borderline cases.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive content with care and professionalism.

Requirements

• Background in psychology, counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Understanding of mental health terminology and common wellbeing frameworks.
• Strong emotional resilience and judgment when handling sensitive material.
• Ability to follow strict confidentiality and safety escalation protocols.
