Floga Technologies, a growing IT services organization delivering scalable technology solutions, is expanding our team with qualified talent. We have an immediate opening for a Java Frontend Developer to support a long-term engagement with our client. Must collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using Next.js.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and modular UI components using React/Next.js.
• Develop applications using the Next.js App Router and modern React patterns.
• Work extensively with React Server Components (RSC) and client-side components.
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) based on application requirements.
• Develop and integrate API routes and backend services with frontend applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture and best practices.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience, with significant hands-on experience in React/Next.js.
• Strong experience building enterprise-grade, scalable web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

• Required:
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js App Router.
• Strong understanding of Server Components, Client Components, SSR, and SSG.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with state management libraries and frontend application architecture.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD development workflows.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Preferred:
• Experience working with Java/Spring Boot APIs or Java-based backend applications.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2/JWT.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and frontend testing practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
