W2 contract || Python Lead

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite from day one)

Duration: 12+ months (W2 contract)

About the Role

Lead a team of full-stack developers and provide technical direction across the application lifecycle. Define architecture, coding standards, security controls, and development best practices. Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications leveraging Python, AWS, AWS Textract, AWS Bedrock, Amazon S3, REST APIs, JSON, and GitHub.
• Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and develop scalable web applications using Python-based frameworks.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Drive API-first design and enterprise integration patterns.
