Necessary Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with exceptional communication abilities tailored to technical and commercial negotiations within oil & gas environments.
• Proven experience with procure-to-pay processes, contract drafting, and management of oilfield equipment, specialty materials, or services.
• Negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills that thrive in high-pressure industry settings.
• Proficiency with procurement systems and tools specific to energy operations and supply chain management.
• Decisive awareness of safety protocols, compliance, and risk mitigation in oil & gas projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts involving high complexity, regulatory oversight, or cross-border transactions in oil & gas markets.
• Understanding of environmental and safety standards such as OSHA, EPA, or industry-specific compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Energy Management preferred.
• At least 5+ years of procurement, contracting, or supply chain experience within oil and gas operations, with a focus on complex contracts and supplier management.

Nice to Have Skills
