W2 contract || IBM z/Os Connect Developer || USA 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate APIs using IBM z/Os Connect Enterprise Edition OAS2 and OAS3 experience helpful, but both aren't required
• Work with COBOL, Java, and other mainframe-related technologies
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for mainframe applications
• Diagnose zCEE and resolve zCEE issues and help identify contributing factors from endpoints in a hybrid cloud/mainframe environment

Requirements

• Experience with IBM Z, and z/OS Connect
• At least some knowledge of COBOL, Java, or other mainframe programming languages
• Familiarity with REST APIs
• Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD for mainframe development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
