Pay

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Exciting NEW Pay Incentives at RJW! Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance. Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral. Hiring Bonus - Up to $1000. Step increase program - Pay will increase by $0.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers Only). Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers receive an additional $0.50 per hour. Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers receive an additional $1.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading truck/trailers safely and efficiently using proper procedures, including outside carrier equipment.
• Picking and moving from 1 lb to 50 lbs or more multiple times.
• Ensuring all documentation is properly completed.
• Coordinating with dispatch and sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Properly storing all inbound loads in the correct warehouse location.
• Ensuring all shipments are properly marked before storing/picking.
• Maintaining warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping.
• Spotting trailers to maintain efficient yard organization and flow of equipment into warehouse.
