E Shift- Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed 4pm-2:30am

Compensation

Compensation: $23-$24/hour

Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance.

Step increase program- Pay will increase by $.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days
Certified/Qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50/hr
Certified/Qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00/hr

Job Purpose

To perform loading / unloading of RJW trucks and outside carriers.
Ensure all shipments are properly stored in the warehouse.
Pick orders from warehouse inventory as directed by customer.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Loading / unloading truck / trailers safely and efficiently using proper procedures, including outside carrier equipment.
  • Picking and moving from 1 lb to 50 lbs or more multiple times.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly completed.
  • Cookordinate with dispatch and sales to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Proper storing of all inbound loads in the correct warehouse location.
  • Ensure all shipments are properly marked before storing / picking.
  • Maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping.
  • Spotting of trailers to maintain efficient yard organization and flow of equipment into warehouse.
  • Cookordinate paperwork with drivers after normal dispatch operations are finished for the day.
  • General maintenance of are surrounding warehouse.
  • Ensure trailers are swept clean of any debris when empty.
  • Ensure all shipments are correctly staged and loaded properly.
  • Process outbound freight cross-dock freight as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Must know how to operate a Forklift, Cherry Picker, and Stand-up Reach Forklift.
  • Good communication, problem resolution and people skills.
  • Ability to maintain orderly operation of warehouse.

Qualifications

  • 1 year Fork Lift driving experience.
  • Certified Fork Lift License.

Education And/or Experience Required

High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED) is preferred.
