W&I Float RN (Nights) - Full Time

About the role

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by floating between Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU based on unit needs. Educate and support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. Demonstrate flexibility, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mothers and newborns across women & infants services.
• Promote patient and family-centered care.
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure communication across care teams.
• Participate in safety and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
• Postpartum and NICU experience a plus.
• Nursing diploma or associate's degree required.
• RN license.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and less than 2 years of experience preferred.
