W-2 Full-Time CRNA - Weatherford, Texas

About the role

Join an emerging national practice management company in Weatherford, TX, to provide CRNA services across the greater Dallas‑Fort Worth area. The position primarily involves contracted facility work in a hospital setting with call responsibilities, and also offers opportunities in ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in a hospital environment, covering a variety of case types including orthopedics, spine, obstetrics (epidurals), GI/endoscopy, ENT, and general surgery.
• Participate in call rotations with a 1:8 ratio on weekdays and 1:8 on weekends.
• Utilize and manage five operating rooms, two GI labs, and obstetric suites.
• Collaborate with surgical teams in both inpatient and outpatient (ASC) settings.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Current or pending NBCRNA certification.
• Active Texas CRNA license.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $270,000 to $320,000 total compensation. Additional incentive pay for call and extra work can add $20,000–$25,000 per year, resulting in a total package exceeding $320,000 annually.

Schedule

Call coverage at a 1:8 ratio for weekdays and 1:8 for weekends.
