W-2 Full-Time CRNA - Ogden, Utah

About the role

NPH is seeking a talented and engaged CRNA to join a highly respected anesthesia group serving community hospitals in Ogden, UT. The position is in a regional community hospital setting with a collaborative environment, covering cases in orthopedics, GI, bread‑and‑butter, OB, and spine. No cardiac or major pediatric cases are involved. New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for orthopedic cases
• Provide anesthesia for GI cases
• Provide anesthesia for bread‑and‑butter cases
• Provide anesthesia for OB cases
• Provide anesthesia for spine cases
• Work in a collaborative, regional community hospital environment
• No cardiac or major pediatric cases

Qualifications

• Utah license (or in process of obtaining)
• NBCRNA certification
• ACLS card
• PALS card

Pay

Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $220,000 to $320,000+ total annual compensation (including wages, benefits, bonuses, and vacation). Additional pay opportunities through call and extra work incentives. $40,000 sign‑on bonus for a three‑year commitment.
