Vx RD Global Head Project Management

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for global Vaccines R&D project management
• Drive portfolio execution by monitoring scope, schedule, cost, and quality
• Lead risk management and compliance across New Vaccine projects
• Enable effective governance through Stage Gate processes
• Inspire and develop a global team of 15+ project managers
• Oversee financial and resource planning for alignment across R&D and franchises

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s or PhD in a relevant field preferred
• 10 years of experience in pharma R&D project management required
• 3 years of people leadership experience required
• Professional certification in PMP, Agile, or equivalent preferred
• Deep knowledge of the full vaccine/pharma development value chain

Pay

• $210,000 – $303,333 annually
