About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Volkswagen Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about Volkswagen vehicles, enjoys diagnostic and repair work, and takes pride in providing high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, brake, suspension, electrical, and engine repairs.
• Use diagnostic scan tools and manufacturer service information to identify problems.
• Complete vehicle inspections and accurately document repairs.
• Perform quality-control checks before returning vehicles to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all dealership and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
• Volkswagen experience or factory training is a strong plus.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic equipment.
• Valid California driver's license.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
