About the role

We are looking for a machine operator to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this position, you will be responsible for operating & adjusting machinery, as well as inspecting completed products. This is an 8‑hour shift. Mon‑Fri.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain machinery
• Produce various styles of vulcanized rubber cups
• Meet daily production goals consistently & efficiently
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Follow all safety and standard operating procedures
• Utilize in‑process inspections and visual observations to maintain a high level of quality
• Become familiar with ISO, FDA and other applicable regulatory standards
• Support team and production operations
• Complete required production documentation and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support cross‑training, and adapt to a regulated or lean manufacturing environment
• Participate in continuous improvement processes

Qualifications / Skills

• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks that require consistency and focus
• Able to work independently to stay on task while collaborating effectively with a team to meet shared production goals
• Strong attention to detail and take pride in following processes to ensure safety, quality, and accuracy

Schedule

8‑hour shift, Monday‑Friday.
