Responsibilities

• Set tables with clean napkins, china, and glassware.
• Pour water for guests and serve bread and butter as specified.
• Stock side stands and kitchen with necessary items to serve tables.
• Dust all tables, including table legs.
• Interact with guests and check off and pick up storeroom supplies.
• Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, polished silver, and glassware.
• Avoid removing any extra settings until after the meal period.
• Deliver food to tables using coffee maker/urn, cappuccino machine, beverage machines, trays, dishware, silverware, and glassware.
• Exposure to food and beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.
• Exposure to food items and beverages.
