VTC- Video Teleconference Center Engineer

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Video Teleconference Center Engineer with 5-8 years of experience. Preferred experience supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Service Provider (JSP) DISA JSP center. This is a full-time position located in Washington, DC. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS with sensitive compartmented information (SCI) eligibility

Responsibilities

• Daily management of site VTC and conference room systems, including scheduling VTC with external sites, problem resolution, and configuring rooms to meet requirements for scheduled conferences globally
• Troubleshoot VTC and conference room equipment; execute repairs or initiate trouble tickets for components and connections external to the site VTC system, primarily in SCIF environments
• Perform routine performance testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, computer servers, and workstations operate at optimal performance and capacity
• Perform setups, tests, adjustments, operations, and closeout of equipment in support of VTC sessions
• Provide client consulting and training on control, interfaces, and use of audio/visual and VTC equipment
