VSP Nurse Practitioner
Responsibilities
- Call Humana members to discuss open care gaps and place needed orders (specifically women who had a fracture in the last 6 months)
- Create and register a patient record within Athena
- Verify benefits
- Gather medication, medical and surgical history
- Cookordinate management of members social needs to help facilitate gap closure – providing transportation services.
- Master's in science in Nursing
- Active, unrestricted NP Licensure preferred in TX, VA, AZ, MS, FL
- 2+ years of experience
- Licensure preferred in TX, VA, AZ, MS, FL

Pay
Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $149,800 - $206,100 per year
Schedule
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 1
