Job Description

• 100% Outpatient - NO CALL
• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
• Patient Population: Medicare Advantage
• 12-18 patients daily

Education & Experience

• MSN
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
• Minimum of 3-5 years recent experience as an NP in a primary care setting, preferably in value-based care
• Must live within 15-25 minutes from clinic
• Fluent Spanish needed due to patient demographics

Compensation Package

• Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonuses
• $1,500 in CME Allowance
