VPK Lead Teacher

O2B Kids is a growing education company with centers throughout Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Minnesota, and Alabama, and new states and locations on the way. We are currently hiring for multiple roles at our Durbin Creek location and nearby centers. Responsibilities and Duties

• Work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm for full-time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Communicate with parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Create a fun and engaging environment

Requirements

• Training and experience preferred, but we offer training and scholarships for career development
• CDA or Florida Staff Credential (required for some positions)
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience working with children ages 0–13
