Responsibilities

• Manage classroom activities in alignment with Florida's Office of Early Learning standards and the comprehensive VPK curriculum.
• Foster a nurturing and positive relationship with both children and their families.
• Implement a wide range of learning experiences covering physical health, social-emotional development, and academic skills such as logic, language, and literacy.
• Conduct detailed assessments to tailor instruction and support each child's unique journey, including those with disabilities.
• Encourage active, engaged learning through both indoor and outdoor activities.
• Adhere to stringent health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure open communication with parents.
