VPK Lead Teacher

O2B Kids is a growing education company with centers throughout Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Minnesota, and Alabama, and new locations on the way. We are currently hiring for multiple roles across our centers, with a focus on matching candidates to the best-fit position based on experience, credentials, interests, and location.

Responsibilities and Duties

These responsibilities reflect our most common positions but may vary based on role:

• Work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm for full-time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Communicate with parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Create a fun and engaging environment

Requirements

• Training and experience preferred, but we offer training and scholarships for career development
• CDA or Florida Staff Credential (for certain positions)
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience working with children ages 0–13
• Willingness to learn and grow
