VP Treasurer

Responsibilities
- Lead treasury, liquidity, investment portfolio, and balance sheet management activities.
- Oversee Asset Liability Management (ALM), financial risk analysis, and ALCO reporting.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Drive product pricing, profitability analysis, and revenue growth strategies.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity sources, and institutional lines of credit.
- Support annual budgeting, financial planning, and balance sheet forecasting.
- Partner with lending, finance, and business intelligence teams on performance reporting and strategic initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, and due diligence activities.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and governance standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, ALM, or related financial leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong expertise in liquidity management, investments, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Experience influencing executive-level decisions through data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of people leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Experience advising senior leadership on investment strategy.
- Experience developing treasury products, services, or capabilities.
Pay
Salary: $170,000–$190,000 annually + eligible for Back Office Incentive.
