VP, Technology Vendor Strategy & Management

Responsibilities

• Shape the enterprise vendor strategy and multi-year roadmap for technology suppliers
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and oversight for vendor performance at scale
• Partner with Finance and Procurement to drive financial and commercial outcomes from vendor relationships
• Implement risk management and compliance standards for vendor engagements
• Serve as a senior advisor translating vendor insights into strategic executive decisions
• Lead transformation of the Vendor Management Office function by modernizing tools and processes
• Build a high-performing VMO team with clear goals and accountability

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in technology vendor management or sourcing functions
• Proven ability in supplier governance, managed services, and performance management (SLAs, KPIs, XLAs)
• Expertise in managing large, complex vendor ecosystems and outsourcing engagements
• Track record of delivering financial value through cost optimization and risk mitigation
• Exceptional executive-level communication and ability to align diverse stakeholders
• Leadership experience driving transformation in matrixed organizations
• Understanding of technology trends and common architecture patterns
