About the role
Talent Enablement Partner at IDB Bank is responsible for developing and executing talent management strategies, driving learning and development efforts, and managing HR generalist duties including workforce planning and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Manage strategic talent management programs, including talent development, succession planning, performance management enhancements, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Drive learning and development efforts, identifying needs and designing programs to enhance workforce capabilities
- Demonstrate excellent project and program management skills, effectively leading HR initiatives from conception through to execution
- Utilize analytics and HR metrics to provide insights/reporting, inform strategies, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations to internal HR stakeholders, senior management
- Manage relationships with external consulting resources and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions
- Navigate the regulatory environment ensuring all HR practices are compliant and that audit specific and regulatory plans are well documented
- Foster an organizational culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing
- HR Generalist responsibilities will include:
- Being a strategic partner to assigned leadership to address organizational issues, employee relations, offboarding, and talent and culture for the division.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with significant roles in talent management and as an HR generalist, within the financial services/banking industry. Experience at a regional bank a plus
- Demonstrated success in talent management strategies, learning and development programs, and HR generalist responsibilities
- Excellent project and program management skills, with a track record of successfully executing complex HR initiatives
- Experience managing external consulting resources and vendors, with a focus on achieving strategic HR outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing HR metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools to drive decision-making
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of the banking industry and the associated regulatory landscape a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly regarded
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and get things done according to prescribed timelines. Excellent execution skills
Additional information
The expected annual salary range of $110,000-$140,000. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience.
