VP Strategic Advisory Partnerships
About the Role
Omega Healthcare is seeking a senior, highly networked leader to drive strategic influence and partnership development across leading healthcare advisory and consulting firms such as FTI Consulting, Healthfuse, ECG, Guidehouse, Riveron, Alvarez & Marsal, Kaufman Hall, Huron, and Chartis. This role will position Omega as the partner of choice within the advisory ecosystem, proactively embedding Omega into client engagements, and driving measurable revenue through influenced and co-developed sales opportunities. This is a market-shaping, influence-driven revenue role requiring deep relationships, credibility, and the ability to operate at the intersection of consulting, revenue cycle, and provider strategy.
Core Objective
- Omega as a trusted delivery partner for leading healthcare advisory firms
- Increase Omega’s visibility and inclusion in advisory-led RFPs and transformation programs
- Drive qualified pipeline and revenue sourced or influenced through these firms
- Build durable, multi-level relationships across partner organizations
Responsibilities
Advisory Firm Relationship Development
- Build and own senior-level relationships across target advisory firms (partners, principals, engagement leaders)
- Map key accounts within each firm (practice areas, client segments, geographies)
- Position Omega Healthcare solutions in the Provider, Healthsystems, Independent Providers, and Payers as complementary to advisory offerings and the market needs
Opportunity Origination & Influence
- Identify and influence early-stage client engagements where Omega can add value
- Ensure Omega is proactively introduced into deals (vs. reacting to RFPs)
- Partner with advisory firms to co-create solutions and proposals
- Shape deal structures, positioning, and value narratives to improve win rates
Revenue Enablement & Selling Integration
- Work closely with Omega’s sales and account teams to:
- Align on target accounts and pursuits
- Coordinate joint pursuit strategies
- Support deal execution and conversion
- Act as a bridge between advisory firms and Omega’s selling engine
Strategic Positioning & Thought Leadership
- Develop joint go-to-market themes
- Represent Omega in partner-led forums, roundtables, and executive discussions
- Enable advisory partners with relevant content, case studies, and capabilities
Ecosystem Intelligence
- Track advisory firm strategies, client priorities, and emerging deal pipelines
- Identify whitespace opportunities and competitive dynamics
- Provide feedback to leadership on market positioning and partnership effectiveness
Key Success Indicators
Pipeline & Revenue
- Number of qualified opportunities influenced through advisory firms
- Total pipeline value generated via these partnerships
- Closed revenue attributable to influenced deals
Partner Engagement
- Number and depth of active relationships within target firms
- Frequency of Omega being introduced into client engagements
- Number of co-developed pursuits / proposals
Win Effectiveness
- Win rate for advisory-influenced deals
- Average deal size and strategic relevance
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner sales, alliances, business development, or ecosystem-led growth within healthcare services, healthcare technology, RCM, BPO, IT services, or consulting.
- Proven experience building or scaling an indirect sales, alliance, advisor relations, or ecosystem partnership function with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Established relationships with healthcare sourcing advisors, consulting firms, technology partners, PE firms, or other market influencers involved in healthcare RCM and payer buying decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare outsourcing services, enterprise healthcare buying cycles, and consultative, relationship-led commercial models.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant advanced degree.
- Experience building partner sales engines in IT services, BPO, healthcare services, healthcare technology, or consulting-led environments.
- Prior exposure to AI-enabled healthcare operations, at provider and payers, or digital transformation partnerships.
Skills
- Ability to influence senior executives across health systems, advisors, consulting firms, technology partners, and internal commercial teams.
- Strong commercial rigor with experience creating pipeline governance, partner attribution models, quarterly targets, and executive reporting.
- Comfortable representing the company externally through analyst briefings, industry events, executive roundtables, thought leadership, and strategic partner engagement.
- Ability to build a team, institutionalize partner intelligence, and embed ecosystem insights into sales pursuits, bid strategy, and long-term growth planning.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
Minimal travel required; up to 50%
Work Environment
This job operates in a 100% remote environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
