About the role
The VP, Strategic Accounts will own Broccoli's most important relationships and opportunities. This person will develop relationships with large operators, strategic partners, industry leaders, and executive stakeholders across the home services ecosystem while sourcing and closing some of the company's largest opportunities.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, business development, partnerships, consulting, or industry leadership
- Existing executive-level relationships within home services, private equity, franchising, or adjacent industries
- Track record of sourcing and closing large, complex deals
- Experience selling to or working with multi-location businesses
- Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to operate independently and create opportunities from scratch
- Strongly preferred: Existing relationships with PE-backed operators, franchise groups, or large home service organizations
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, landscaping, or other field-service industries
- Experience working with operational software, business transformation, or technology adoption initiatives
