Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Specialized Services team to align with sales strategy and financial goals
- Develop growth strategies for new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts
- Manage budget and analyze impacts on revenue and growth goals
- Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships for business retention and cross-selling
- Identify, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Leverage data insights to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Optimize customer success lifecycle for retention and product adoption
Qualifications
- 12-15 years in client-facing strategic sales roles
- 7+ years leading multi-layered sales teams
- Experience in B2B and B2B2C sales environments
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
- Experience with technical or subscription software sales
- Knowledge of human capital management regulatory requirements and solutions
Pay
$150,000 – $200,000 annually
