VP, Senior Portfolio Manager - TMT

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that work time will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office based in Morristown, New Jersey or New York City. Responsibilities
- Manage investments in the Technology, Media, & Telecom (TMT) loan portfolio, focusing on financial risk and return through ongoing monitoring, reporting, risk management, and structuring of investments.
- Portfolio Strategy: Develop and implement TMT investment policies. Analyze data, research, and market trends to meet client borrowing needs. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures. May assist senior leadership with initiatives that support wider strategic objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Engage in all aspects of portfolio management, including quarterly reporting, annual company reviews, legal documentation, and deal closing. Identify key risks and analyze quarterly trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of experience in Credit Analysis and Credit Underwriting of Portfolio Management or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Credit Analysis and Credit Underwriting of Portfolio Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Completion of a formal credit training program.
- TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Leverage Lending, and/or general C&I experience.
Pay
The base pay for this position is generally between $145,000.00 and $185,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
