VP/Senior Associate of Capital Formation & IR

About the Job We are currently partnered with a Denver-based real estate private equity and development firm seeking a Senior Associate of Capital Formation & Investor Relations to join its growing team. The firm invests across multiple property types throughout the Mountain West and South, and is looking for a proven fundraising professional to help drive capital raising efforts. The Senior Associate of Capital Formation & Investor Relations will be responsible for: Raising capital from family offices, RIAs, HNWI, and institutional investorsBuilding and managing investor relationships, as well as conducting investor outreachDriving fundraising initiatives from outreach through closingRepresenting the firm at investor meetings and industry eventsSupporting investor communications and marketing materials The Senior Associate of Capital Formation & Investor Relations should have/be: Experience in capital formation, investor relations, fundraising, or business development Demonstrated success raising capital, closing funds, and interactions with LPsStrong existing investor relationships preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience within real estate, private equity, private credit, or alternative investments preferredExperience at commercial real estate private equity firms preferredBachelor's degree required
