About the role

This is a unique opportunity for a Private Equity Senior Associate to become part of a firm in its formative stages and work directly alongside an accomplished investor with a proven track record of building and scaling successful investment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and evaluating potential investments
• Executing transactions and managing investments
• Working closely with management teams to drive business growth
• Contributing to fundraising efforts
• Participating in strategic discussions and shaping the firm's investment approach

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or a related investing role
• Prior experience as a Private Equity Senior Associate preferred
• Strong financial modeling, transaction execution, and due diligence capabilities
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help build a differentiated investment platform

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• Passion for investing and a strong interest in building and scaling businesses
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
