About the role
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies
- Oversee revenue operations to ensure efficient and effective processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing revenue operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working with AI tools and technologies is a plus

- Proven success in leading revenue operations and driving revenue growth
- Experience in a leadership role within a sales or business development function
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
