VP Product Management - Auto & Loan Protection Products

Essential Duties Include The Following

  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Conduct customer research and analysis to inform product decisions, reporting findings to senior management to help drive client advisory board discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report product performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitive analysis through regular competitive analysis and virtual market research.
  • Assist senior product managers with pricing proposals and responses.
  • Develop and mentor junior members of the product team.
  • Absorb and implement cost center research for budgeting purposes.
  • Create active corrective items in Sales Force as indicated by Senior Management, monitor and report status to senior management.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Data Solutions and partner with Sales & Account Management to deliver meaningful and actionable performance analysis to Key Clients.
  • Thought leader and innovator for collections and contact center products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in product management and development, preferably within the consumer lending, credit union or banking sectors.
  • Strong background in people leadership, client relations, and product analysis.
  • Strong understanding of auto and loan protection products such as GAP, warranties, and prepaid maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Able to travel locally and/or nationally.
