VP, Product Management - Agentic AI

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product strategy for the company’s graph platform, focusing on enterprise AI use cases
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to maximize impact and ensure alignment with business outcomes
• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, translating customer needs into roadmaps
• Collaborate with Engineering and Research to bring new graph + AI capabilities to market with key integrations
• Shape go-to-market strategies with GTM, Sales, and Marketing for effective product positioning and launch
• Engage directly with customers and the developer community to uncover AI-building practices and opportunities for value add
• Monitor the competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities within the AI and graph sectors
• Represent the company’s AI vision at conferences and with analysts to build external visibility

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in developer-focused or data infrastructure sectors
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies like LLMs, RAG, vector search, and AI agents
• Strong technical skills in graph data modeling, ML pipelines, and familiarity with programming languages such as Python
• Prioritize and execute on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to leverage customer insights for driving impactful product decisions
• Exceptional communication skills for aligning diverse stakeholders and translating technical concepts for varied audiences
• Understanding the dynamics of developer adoption and enterprise AI tooling deployment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data ecosystems
